Service scope and regional restriction

This service is offered to users outside Mainland China. In this section, “Mainland China” does not include the Hong Kong SAR, the Macao SAR, or Taiwan. The service is not open to individuals, organizations, or other entities located in, resident in, operating from, or acting on behalf of Mainland China, and they may not register an account, top up, call the API, use model services, or resell or share an account. No user may bypass this restriction through a VPN, a proxy, false registration details, registration or payment by another party, or any other technical or contractual arrangement. You confirm at registration and on each use that you are not a restricted user. We may check that eligibility using the account, billing, security, and abuse-prevention information we already process, and this section is not a guarantee that the service remains available in any region. If we find or reasonably suspect a breach, we may refuse registration, restrict features, suspend or terminate the account, and handle the related orders, balance, and refunds under applicable law and the rules of the payment provider. Nothing in this section excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude; where it conflicts with mandatory law or an upstream provider’s terms, those rules prevail.

Accounts and credentials

Provide accurate account information and protect sessions, passwords, and API keys. Accounts and keys may not be sold, leased, or used for unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe rights, bypass access controls, attack systems, distribute malware, or interfere with other users or upstream services.

Usage and billing

Billing is based on ArgoLink records of requests, tokens, models, rates, and applicable multipliers.

Top-ups and credits

Top-ups are one-time purchases of prepaid API credits and do not automatically renew. The amount and credits are shown before payment. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value except where required by law.

Cancellation

Before payment completes, you may leave checkout; an unpaid pending order expires automatically and no credits are added. A completed top-up cannot be cancelled and may only be handled through the refund process below.

Refunds

A refund request is available only for a completed balance top-up when its payment provider supports customer refunds, the refund action is displayed in Top-up Orders, and your unused balance is at least the full credits added by that order. Submit the request there with a reason. Requests require review and are not automatically approved. If approved, the corresponding credits are deducted and the refundable payment amount is returned to the original payment method, subject to provider processing times. Used credits, partial customer-requested refunds, and orders without a refund action are non-refundable except where required by law. Report duplicate or erroneous charges promptly.

Availability

Upstream models and networks can change or fail. ArgoLink may limit or suspend access for security, compliance, maintenance, or abuse risk, while making reasonable efforts to keep records accurate and service available.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. Third-party model and network availability, performance, and outputs are not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArgoLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to ArgoLink during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes
